Many of us think that we must constantly answer, speak, take a stand,<\/p>

to watch TV, to listen to someone, to hear something...<\/p>

Time to come to our awareness that...<\/p>

  • Quiet helps our brain new cells differentiate into neurons and integrate into our nervous system.<\/li>
  • In silence the brain works better to be able to understand our internal and external environment.<\/li>
  • Silence increases our emotional intelligence.<\/li><\/ul>

    Only when our mouths and thoughts are silent do we manage to listen more deeply to the other person and understand them.<\/p>

    • Silence contributes to communication with ourselves and those around us.<\/li><\/ul>

      How well do you listen?<\/p>

      But in order to be able to hear you, it is necessary to be silent and observe you...<\/p>
