The term 'introspection'<\/strong> created by Dr. Nancy Mallero. It refers to the act of focusing within ourselves, of finding our center-our core. That inner point where everything feels right, where thoughts align with our values, the mind is calm and the soul is peaceful (Esocentrism, 2022).<\/p>

Introversion is NOT individualism, narcissism, indifference to others, or a lack of social vision. Endocentrism is the self-care of the cell, so that the organism is healthy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Forget about expectations<\/li>

    A key part of introspection is the term 'retrospectively<\/em><\/strong>. It doesn't mean not admitting my mistakes and not apologizing. But it means making introspective choices and not apologizing for them, not feeling bad and not owing explanations.<\/p>

    You have the right to:<\/em><\/p>

    • To say NO<\/li>
    • Say I DON'T KNOW<\/li>
    • To make mistakes<\/li>
    • Have an opinion and an opinion<\/li>
    • Choose who and when you will help<\/li>
    • Have private moments<\/li>
    • To ask<\/li>
