What is Life Coaching?

The Coaching process is a partnership in a challenging and creative Thinking process that unlocks the human potential to live the life they dream of in harmony with their values and vision. She inspires associates to maximize their personal and professional Potential (ICF).

The goal of the process is to promote emotional, behavioral and cognitive changes by choosing actions that transform you.

Coaching uses tools based on Socrates' midwifery method and Positive Psychology.

Κατάγομαι απ’ τη Θεσσαλονίκη και είμαι απόφοιτος του Α.Π.Θ. ‘Προσχολικής Αγωγής και Εκπαίδευσης’ με κατεύθυνση Ψυχολογίας και Ειδικής Αγωγής.

Έκανα Μεταπτυχιακό ‘Ειδικής Αγωγής’ στο πανεπιστήμιο Λευκωσίας σε συνεργασία με το πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών, με διπλωματική εργασία που αφορούσε ένα Βιωματικό Πρόγραμμα Ψυχικής Ανθεκτικότητας με ομαδικές συνεδρίες σε παιδιά Δημοτικού.

Σπούδασα το Life Coaching το 2020 στη σχολή Active Coaching της Positivity με διεθνή πιστοποίηση απ’ τον οργανισμό ICF.

Πραγματοποιώ Διαπροσωπικές Συνεδρίες and Βιωματικά Σεμινάρια.

Έχω υλοποιήσει βιωματικά Σεμινάρια Γονέων σε διάφορα μέρη της Ελλάδας και Σεμινάρια Εκπαιδευτικών, σε συνεργασία με Διευθύνσεις Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης της Ελλάδας με μεγάλη απήχηση και βασικά χαρακτηριστικά τους την αλληλεπίδραση, την έμπνευση και την κινητοποίηση.

Είμαι συγγραφέας που βιβλίου ‘Κάντο να Συμβεί – Οδηγός Προσωπικής Ανάπτυξης’.

Βασικές μου αξίες είναι η εξέλιξη, η ειλικρίνεια, και το πάθος για ό,τι κάνω στη ζωή μου!

My experience with Life Coaching was something I have never done before and dare I say it was an eye opener. I have always been a person who looked for the core, the root cause, and I believed that only if I understood situations at their core could I solve the problems in my life. This made me cling too much to the past and endlessly overanalyze, and of course it caused me tremendous anxiety. That's where Life Coaching and the wonderful Georgia Saragiotou came to free me from the shackles of the past and teach me to focus on the present, on the now! I thank her very much because I am more cheerful, more cooperative, more willing to work in the present, without looking for past causes, in order to build the most beautiful future according to my goals!

My experience as a coachee was very beautiful. Initially, Georgia as a Life Coach creates during the session a feeling of trust and pushes you in a professional way towards achieving your goals and solving issues that may act as obstacles to the realization of any personal ambition. Through the Coaching process it is possible to identify the positive characteristics and potential of each person as well as a number of targeted solutions individually for each issue or for each goal. A process free from taboos, anxiety and fear of criticism. Confidentiality and mutual understanding prevail. Self-awareness and self-improvement are achieved. I recommend it as a procedure and wish the best for everyone.

From the first moment, I noticed Georgia's passion for coaching and her interest in helping coachees to deal effectively with their issues. The process of the coaching session was decisive, because sometimes it gave me another perspective on the issue that was bothering me, sometimes it helped me to organize or gain the confidence I needed, or just to put in a series the thoughts that were bothering me, in the case of a issue that had brought me to a state of reflection on how I should act. Working with Georgia was a pleasant and effective experience, since I was able to find answers to the issues that concerned me and above all, she helped me to see the issues that I brought to the sessions through a creative lens.

Before I started the sessions with Georgia I was a person full of anxiety, insecurities and I thought I couldn't do anything. But after our first session I discovered how wrong I was thinking about myself. It helped me untangle a big tangle of thoughts and responsibilities and put them in a clean order so I could get things done. And I did! I believed in myself and my abilities. Whatever I set my mind to I can achieve it because she also believed in me. Each session is a unique discovery of yourself and with her flawless handling it helps you see this. A thank you is little for what he does for me. Gratitude for everything I accomplished with her. She is supportive and ready to help every time. I've changed a lot since we started. I feel more decisive, reactive and now believe in myself. I understood that I have the power to change situations and not be defined only by them.

Georgia's strong point is her love for coaching and her willingness to change herself through the coaching process. Her quick thinking and admiration for the unknown made me indulge in our sessions and approach the questions she asked me with the same curiosity. It helped me to have a flow of thought and arrive at insights that lead to action. He did not hesitate to ask strong questions, to listen, to feel and this was another point of the good communication we had during our collaboration. My benefits from the sessions with Georgia were significant both in terms of exploration and targeting. Her respect and trust in me was evident throughout our sessions. For sure, I would like to work with Georgia again and would recommend her as a Life Coach, as I saw how professionally she works in her sessions.

The sessions with Georgia made me realize some things, put my thoughts in order and act accordingly based on my own criteria and making decisions differently. The questions made me think a lot and the determination with which he spoke framed them even better. I feel more fulfilled, as I managed to improve relationships with my people, define my goals and implement them. It gave me the motivation I was missing and now I feel like I'm missing nothing.

From the first sessions I saw a difference in my psychology, as well as those around me. Every goal I achieved with Georgia gave me more and more confidence and self-belief. With her I was able to find the courage to face quite difficult situations that I would never have imagined I could do. Every day and whatever problem came up he was there to help me think clearly so I could solve it. I never expected to accomplish so many things. Now I have almost everything I need to be happy and I owe it to her, because without her I wouldn't be able to do any of the above.
