How will I get my smile back?

Don't you smile anymore? Are you constantly overwhelmed by negative thoughts and feelings that you can't manage? Do you complain about your life and do not see the slightest spark of hope? And you say to yourself…. 'How will I find my smile again?'
You feel trapped in your life...and this is your comfort zone, in which everything is familiar and familiar. At the very idea of getting out of it, you tremble, as you realize that you will be faced with the unknown! But, most likely you have not understood that whichever of the two paths you choose, the pain will be the same! The comfort zone will 'throw' you down psychologically, as you will remain inactive and feel incompetent, worthless and inadequate. On the other hand, getting out of it will hurt you, as you will need to make an effort to improve your life. But, in the long run, it will redeem you, that you faced your fears and came out victorious!
This redemption will bring back your smile! And this time, it will be a smile that you will give to yourself, who fought and is fighting to achieve things, bypassing any of his insecurities, without waiting for the confirmation of others!

But how can you truly smile again?
- Write down on a piece of paper what makes you happy as a person! Think about what you did in the past as an activity that made you jump for joy and try to do it again!
- Write down on a sticky note what you had planned to do in your life, but kept putting it off because of your belief that you won't succeed! Then prioritize those activities and start doing things!
- Engage in volunteering! Offer your services to non-profit organizations for free!
- Exercise daily! Dedicate at least an hour to yourself to exercise either in the gym, at home or in nature!
- Have a diet! Choose to include healthy foods in your program and if you have difficulty in this regard or have a health issue, contact a nutritionist to advise you!
- Start writing a diary, noting gratitudes and victories, that you had during the day!
- Organize your time and reverently keep the promises you make to yourself by completing the tasks you have written down to do during the day.
- Visit the mental health specialist that suits you to help you understand what you've been doing wrong so far, why you did it and what you can do to change for the better!
So, as you can realize, the real smile, which exudes prosperity and happiness, comes through a struggle, which requires effort, toil and sweat! A fight inextricably linked with a high head, with stubbornness, with development for a better tomorrow, but above all, with self-love! Yes, you saw right! In order to be motivated to continue, where others give up, you must learn to love and take care of yourself, the most important person in your life!
Remember to smile...It's contagious!
