Silence…
Is it a useful tool in our hands?

Many of us think that we must constantly answer, speak, take a stand,
to watch TV, to listen to someone, to hear something...
STOP!!
Time to come to our awareness that...
- Quiet helps our brain new cells differentiate into neurons and integrate into our nervous system.
- In silence the brain works better to be able to understand our internal and external environment.
- Silence increases our emotional intelligence.
Only when our mouths and thoughts are silent do we manage to listen more deeply to the other person and understand them.
- Silence contributes to communication with ourselves and those around us.

But in order to be able to hear you, it is necessary to be silent and observe you...

Which Thought dominates your mind?

- Silence brings balance to mind and body.
In silence, they have the opportunity to communicate better and be in harmony, since they are not occupied by other stimuli.
- Silence is the answer!
There are times when silence says it all. Where words are unnecessary... they seem few... they cannot express what is happening or there is no point in saying anything more, giving value and time.
After all, Aeschylus has said:
'I have always considered silence to be the medicine of harm'
Choose where silence is medicine and use it as much as you need!
